Philip Kokot has been the School Principal and driving force behind Radford House since 1996 – describing his occupation as “a combination of plumber, psychologist, teacher, clown and administrator”. Known throughout as “Mr K.”, he regularly teaches mathematics, science, and history, and especially enjoys presenting enrichment courses to pupils of all ages. 

A South African Delegate to the World Council for Gifted and Talented Children, Mr K has become a well-known speaker on the topics of giftedness, critical thinking, and educational innovation, and is an active advocate for the development and advancement of the field of gifted education.
