Ilona has been part of the Radford House team since 2017 and was appointed Head of the Junior Department in 2023. 

She eagerly embraces the Radford ethos of enrichment, critical thinking, and a love of learning. Ilona obtained her B.Ed Degree (Cum Laude) from the University of South Africa in 2018.  She is also a qualified Integrated Learning Therapy (ILT) practitioner and trainer, allowing her to identify and assist children in enhancing the neurological systems required for optimal functioning at school. 

In her quest for life-long learning, Ilona is currently completing a B.A in Social Sciences (BSocSc) with majors in Psychology and Counselling. As an enthusiastic, innovative educator, she hopes to ignite the naturally inquisitive nature of children to inspire a love for learning and academic excellence.
