Charné Kingsley-Wilkins

HDipEd, BA (Psych, Afr & Geog)

Charné joined the Radford family in 2009. She has played an integral role in the growth and evolution of the Radford way and continues to embody the values that truly make Radford ‘The School of Thought’.

Before Radford, Charné taught high school Afrikaans and Geography. She then served as a class teacher in the Senior Primary until 2014 when she became an Afrikaans specialist.

In 2019, Charné was appointed the Senior Primary HOD and then the Head of FAL Afrikaans for the school.

Charné’s philosophy can be summed up in a quote by Maya Angelou:  “People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.”
